@hz, sorry but I don’t work in IT and there’s no way for me to find out. Are there any layoffs in other businesses? It’s very quiet at PDC.
@gz+1k5yx97t3 For reals? Do you have your head in the sand? In September alone I am aware of over 200 cut. Several IT groups in Dearborn were quietly let go - everyone under a LL6. This happened both @ F and FC. The cuts had absolutely nothing to do with RTO or coffee badging.

I haven't heard of any specific other than people "coffee badging" or not complying with RTO.
In the past it usually came right around Fords quarterly earnings announcements if it were a big one.
@OP have you not been paying attention? They have been happening nearly every week in small chunks 50 here, 20 there, 30 elsewhere.

Quick hint : no one on this forum has ever predicted layoffs correctly in any way. It’s always been trolls and after-the-fact discussion
1-4 weeks my best guess. Huge Market drop depended then another 2 weeks for HR,IT ans LL4+ preps with the list and disclosures. Don't yoy feel bad that untouchables always there?
