They just set all work back min of 6 months.

We don't even understand Agility. The point of an agile TEAM is that you're a team. Not contractors roaming in and out and/or replacing your best talent.

Id rather be rifed than rebadged. Very demoralizing. You're not considered an associate so technically you're ability to participate in associate based things is gone. You're doing the same work with the same people but you're now less than.
Shame on whoever thought the advanced notice was a good idea. This is all the proof anyone needs that the org does not care about your mental wellbeing. They're probably on this site this weekend hoping to identify who said something.
