You need to understand FDS are not a for profit company, they are just the service delivery arm of DXC . True that this merge into DXC is about further Cost Take Out but this will be back office staff and to enhance DXCs security cleared engineer numbers

@hwo+1ssCrpLh, Before the November WFR we at FDS had line managers and Team leaders who had a pair between their legs along with a spine who actually defended us and backed us up. We had a sort of security defense against some of the sh1t that DXC tried to send our way.
Unfortunately the WFR removed those people and now we have very little or no backup now.
That is why my CV has been put out in the wild and I have applied for a few jobs.
NO way am I becoming DXC.

I can’t believe for 1 second FDS staff are treated better than DXC.

It’s the same company led by the same cronies under a different title.

It was unprofitable that’s why they spun it out, I’m surprised they’re taking it back in house. Has it suddenly become profitable and is it now a good place to work.

FDS is just part of DXC with 2 different letters and additional overhead costs.

At the moment it is only UK&I FDS that is being TUPE'd into DXC as from 1 August.
I wonder how many FDS people will request their P45 after they see how DXC treat their staff.

FDS us transferring back in to dxc to make up the numbers for the autumn cull. Surely you guys can see that! There is no other reason as FDS does not operate for profit. Anyone working at DXC can look forward to a 30% cull this autumn. You heard it here first folks.
