Serious question. Has anyone here actually worked for an organization that is more poorly managed than Gainwell is? I certainly have not.
@b3 Enough already of the PM bashing. I thought that ended some time ago. This PM does more than their share to keep their account afloat. There are some talented, hardworking people at Gainwell in various positions. Unfortunately, just not enough.
This organization can be fixed when the management is fired so called Directors and VPs . Make the accounts strong so you don’t need this bunch of clowns at the top level . Spend that same money on marketing you will get new business . We not going to get new clients with these clowns at the top level.
TFALs do all the work. BAs, PMs, managers, regular workers are absolute dog sh*t. They are useless.
That's kinda how it goes in IT. But I met a lot of Medicaid lifers in Gainwell who thought very highly of themselves and their contributions to their accounts over the years who are probably shocked to find themselves on the street.
