Post rewards, what is your pay ratio, with how long you are staying in the current grade?
I am in current position for 2 years and now the ratio is 98%, post rewards, what is yours then?

Its no secret that intel pay as low as possible.
You will get a good salary only after years, maybe 20 years that they employed you at low cost.

Damn, my 87% post-rewards is really sad. And that's with EE
G5, TIG 6 years, back to 97%
Grade 6 TIG 1yr 92% post rewards. Base pay increase 3.9% APB 119% stock award 130%.

96%, 4 years, EE all but this year with the new distribution schemes and all that cr-p.
Tech grade 56 base pay 100K 105% after the recent increase.
Gr. 9, TIG 4 years, 102% after rewards.
95% after rewards. Seems like the default here.
Mid 80s, been in my current position/grade level for almost 2 years.
