@hr and look where HEB stands now with their management… 2 workers died within 6 months and management gets busy covering it up with excuses. Then fails to manage crisis in talent again with halal meat debacle.
You can’t expect to hire good people, not just talented people, when the management itself is filled with corruption and unethical behaviors.
I worked there and been told to stay quiet but it’s not right to not only the customers but also HEB partners.
@a2 I hope so. HRBPs need to be reduced by 30% to get in line with industry standards. Smart HR talent left. Puchot gutted what she was in charge of, left a big hole of missing talent, then bounced to HEB. That's why we need to promote from within. These external türds have no commitment to USAA and never absorbed its culture. That's why culture is dead now. It's any-XYZ company now.
