Is your area experiencing attrition because of people quitting in favor of other companies that are more flexible? I’m curious if Dimon’s stance on 5 days in office is hurting Chase’s ability to retain and recruit talent.

@tc that has nothing to due with RTO. They are prob expecting terrible traffic and riots, eyc. so telling employees to just wfh.
@hq Unfortunately it does. It also is helpful to force attrition of those who resist and will not be assimilated into the JPMC Borg
What is interesting here is in Switzerland on account of the upcoming G7 summit in Evian, near to Geneva, the company is telling all Geneva office based staff to WFH from June 12th to 19th due to probable trouble in the city. You see when bank operations are threatened you get to work from home.
