They should have offered this position to all PTC's who were still at the clubs first, especially if they had held the position for 10 years or more. They should not have had to apply and compete with someone with no experience in the position. Respect For The Individual!
@hp there is no pay raise. Its a latter move
Will there be COS,or lead jobs??
It should enhance your people skills , enhance your adaptability, enhance your work hours but I don’t think it enhances your pay .
