Wow. The claims positions posted out there that are not based in India (which is most of them) are having leaders in India doing most of the interviews. If this doesn't prove the repeatedly stated move of most claims functions to India I don't know what does. Like many state side posted jobs the newly posted claims roles are just 6-12 month temp positions until the move to India is completed.

Data integrity amd misuse will and is a huge issue for claims and most claims databases. Seems like a bad Company decision to hand privacy amd data and systems over to support claims. Must be industry wise exploitation
As an Allstate employee as well as an Allstate customer, I can tell you my experience with claims was less than stellar. Having to rely on talking to someone, rather than being able to document everything and send in photos from the app (like my daughter can with Geico's app), I spent more time correcting their mistakes than getting my claim taken care of. India handling claims can't be that much worse.

Well, whomever was doing the interviewing here s—s and hired a bunch of whiney a–holes, so it can't be any worse.
