To say Oracle is bloated with middle tier manager's is quite an understatement, didn’t someone here report of a D that had single M who had single IC reporting to them? LOL.

@gk The ratio of Ds to ICs and Ms is incredibly high. Ds should be managing several Ms and the Ms should be managing at least 2-3 times the Ms count of ICs. A reorganization of middle management would make sense without affecting the VPs and ICs.
