@hj most of the IT roles left are high PSGs who would be the ones making that decision and they’ll never send their own jobs overseas. The few 24 and below roles may be sent to Argentina or Manila or ENGINE but there aren’t many left.

People not in IT don’t realize that it’s been offshoring for decades now just like finance and HR. Most of the remaining opportunities to move to ENGINE aren’t in corporate functions anymore and people will be surprised to see more being shipped offshore in PE, FE, RM, etc.

Yes as ENGINE ramps all of IT will be cut and sent to Bengaluru. Company-wide the next one will be in 2027 and will be a big one. Yay!

There will always be layoffs. 2026 will be about putting employees on PIP for attendance issues for not showing up for working in office 4 days a week. This will reduce severance in the next round of layoffs. Next major one will be between 2028-2030.
