Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

All Team Meeting is scheduled earlier than usual

The All Team invite is for early March. Usually it's around 4/20. Is this a planned morale band-aid after more layoffs 2/26, are they preparing to announce something, or am I reading too much into everything for JE signs...

Expect to see more details of "Lead To One", including reduction in severance benefits and increased in-office requirements/oversight.

You heard it here first.

@hc

Oh for sure. Revenue is so fantastic that Cigna would never need to cut costs via layoffs and offshoring. Just pile after pile of pure profit... I'm gonna take a Scrooge McDuck dive into the pool full of riches.

@h2 because he leads the company at a very high level. In his time, he has added multiple new portfolios, significantly increased the size of the company, and revenue the company makes.

I'm getting tire of the silver tongue DC slinging his BS .... definitely some leadership issues at Cigna causing most of the problems

You’re 100% spot on.
Having the meeting the week after layoffs is a reset.
