How many here are currently taking on multiple roles causing a huge amount of stress? How many here are truly getting recognized for doing a “job well done” other than it being lip service? Other than a paycheck what was your compensation for going above and beyond? And yes, I know, a lot will say I should be lucky to have a job or if I don’t like it then quit. I’m actually in the process of looking but it’s not as easy as it sounds.

There is always Walmart.
Post ID: @hbc+1a61U549 No need to be bitter. Would you like some cheese to go with your whine? 🤣
For some of you selected and still there....it is about time you are finally working (HO and Shared Service). I knew once many of the people who made you look good and did your work were no longer there your true colors would show. No sympathy (except for customer facing).
I'm having trouble understanding... Are you just taking this laying down?
What have you done to change the situation? Have you applied for work elsewhere or looked into retiring (if able)?
Because, at this point, if a job is stressing you out so much, especially jobs at a company with leadership like Allstate, and you aren't doing something to change the situation, coming here and whining isn't going to solve the problem.
Go work on your resume, and gtfo Allstate if it's really so bad.
If you take on multiple roles, you bring all the stress upon yourself. All because you don’t have the spine to say no. The company will exploit you to the level you allow. So they are complicit in the process, but at the end of the day you are responsible for your own workload. At least that’s how I, and other adults, look at it.
