Not as big as the last one but as mentioned in other posts there will not be anymore twice a year like we used to have...now it is based on transformation as we go and so there could be more after this one...believe it or not times have changed, be always prepared to carry on.

some SVP/VP are trying to keep the old Verizon and protect their empires. they are not providing enough data to the new leaders. but it is matter of time until the new leaders finds out the duplications that are still there.
