At what point does the company give people driving to work for RTO an official break from coming to the office? Gas is at 4.49 currently out east and I cant imagine what the price is at on the west coast. Its clearly even more of a pay cut now.

@q7 I don’t drive to work, but when I did and gas prices were temporarily high a few years ago, the company I worked for officially backed off RTO 2 days a week to lessen the burden on their employees. So OP’s ask wasn’t about some crazy expectation as some companies do address it.
@j5 you read it wrong Einstein, it was a facetious statement. Gas prices affect every single company outside this company - it means - we're all in the same boat as anyone else - YOU stop acting as if gas prices only affect THIS company.. worry wort. Put your man pants on and su-k it up
@h8 "...don't affect or concern anybody outside of this media company" -
Why would anyone from outside this media company be on this board?
Yeah great topic - gas prices don't affect or concern anybody outside of this media company. Stick to the topic. Layoffs
First world problems
Billionaires don't concern themselves with gas prices.
@er Affirmative.
Must you people really search for something new to post every day - no matter how irrelevant the subject is to layoffs ?
@da most employees in NYC can get a commuter subsidy via pre tax plan programs
@dc no longer at paramount, but at my new company i'm still required to go into the office despite $5.80 gas prices.
Why would you get $$ for gas? Do train-bus commuters get reimbursed for their commute? The answer is no. It’s a part of life.
It’s over $6 in So Cal, but Nepo Baby doesn’t care so don’t hold your breath for a break from RTO.
