Honestly, lately I’ve just been really passionate about whatever my manager is passionate about. Turns out I have a lot of really strong opinions about their ideas and weirdly, all of them are great ideas. I’ve also been stepping up for the bigger projects, because nothing says “please don’t fire me” like being the first to volunteer for more work. I’ve just found that the more coffee chats I schedule with leadership, the more they seem to… remember I exist. Funny how that works. I’m not saying I laughed at every joke in the last team meeting, but I’m also not saying I didn’t.

You all suffer from low self esteem. Get out of that place. Leadership is and has always been pathetic. Best thing I ever did was leave Commscope or what ever they are named now.
