Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

What if

Noelle never led IT and Katya/Gina did not lead digital?

Really nostalgic for what the company once was before these two/three

My favorite Katya post was called "How to know when its time to leave your job".
More of her self indulgent BS. You gotta read this stuff. Unbelieveable stuff. Katya - time to leave your job.

This is from Katya's Substack (2/24/26). It's an article about her learning to read as a child and realizing that she could will things she made-up into existence through her imagination. This seems to provide some insight into her psyche and how she operates:

"I (realized I) I had the power to enter a story and transform my world, through my own abilities. When the teacher asked if I really ever knew anyone with violet eyes, I answered defensively, of course I had. I was lying.

I think that was the moment I became a writer — not when I learned to decode words on a page, but when I insisted that something I’d invented was real. When I refused to let someone else’s skepticism collapse the world I’d made. Every writer knows this instinct: the fierce protectiveness over a thing that didn’t exist until you wrote it down.

It’s real because you can see it in your mind’s eye. And it’s real because someone else can read it."

BTW - now she's off destroying Wiley in addition to Cigna. Where does she get the time?

Papush got absolutely nothing done.
Just talked and talked and talked.
Was protected by the guy that hired her.
Once he left, she was exposed.
She just bounces from job to job now.
We have no real data organization left.

@d7 Hoping DP is just a holdover from this mess to give Evanko someone big to fire/replace for the inevitable reorg. Terrible CIO.

Katya! A journalist? Really?
She edited kids comic books.
Oh that qualified her to.run digital and analytics.
Another rock star hire.

I put DP in the bucket with these useless executives. They know the buzzwords but get nothing done. They ruin companies then fly on to the next one leaving behind a mess. They bring in their buddies to take their jobs. Look at who Noelle brought in. I rest my case. She was about to be fired and flew out before David could whack her. Hope Brian cleans up the po-p she left behind.

Noelle was the absolute worst. She said everything in this "cool mom" tiktok influencer voice.

If Katya ever says to you “I was a journalist, I know how to keep my sources confidential”, do not trust her.

@a9 Noelle led the push to build HIH and offshore American jobs. Then she left the company before sh-t hit the fan. Basically ruined a bunch of lives and didn’t even bother to stick around for the consequences

@ad Papush. Another talking head like Katya but at least Gina had the credentials needed for the role.

What did they do to ruin the company? I'm pretty new here ~2-3 years.
