@h2 Sadly I think both.
Only about 5% of people are good leaders. The rest are cringe managers driving by ignorance, greed, and fear.
The bigger a company becomes the more impossible it becomes to fix as the sheer volume of incompetence becomes a doom cycle.
LOL! I often wonder if people who send these communications take themselves seriously. Like do they read them and think, "Wow. That sounds really good. I sound like a real professional here. Dad would be proud?" Or do they look back at the work day thinking, "That was so cringe but they are paying me a lot of money to act like a complete tool bag so I'll just leave my dignity at the door again tomorrow?"

It always takes a couple of months for them to “figure out what they got” after a re-org. I have no information and I’m not starting rumors, but my opinion is that if layoffs are on the horizon they will happened after April 1st. We lost one of my teammates in early April of 2025. This was after we gave up several to early retirement in 2024z
At least there are no mentions of layoffs. We might be spared that one.
In Unas area there seem to be less reorgs. I only had the one from CK and, although I am not part of his org, Manoj.
