How is this not out here yet? More to come tomorrow with town hall. I’m on a freaking roller coaster with this company! This is by far the worst I have ever had to go through and they leave you with, well at least you have job.

2 Marketing VPs
Did they flush a bunch of marketing staff VPs?
An update was posted but it was removed. I think initials were used.
@ag+1jpnnsap3 - Can you update us on what happened with the Marketing RIFs?
What actually happened with the Marketing organization?
@h1+1jpnnsap3 The dum--ss lifers are still there
So, are there marketing 'sorority' beeyatches getting let go?
Which leaders were let go in marketing and who’s left?
@cy+1jpnnsap3 meaning the one leader that they chose to oversee everything is a questionable decision.
@cz+1jpnnsap3 They mean which marketing department covers what. So one marketing department used to cover Carelon and is now combining with another department to cover more.
What do you mean by combining Carelon with other LoBs? Can you say more about that?
Why is it questionable that one executive can lead when they all have numerous staff VPs under them? This company is do damn top heavy and look where it’s gotten us. Our leaders are just plain incompetent.
Hope more of these useless stuff vps are RIFed. Not all of them, just the worthless ones.
Combining Carelon with other LOB’s? They just hired Bryonny and Corbin for Carelon Health and BH. Makes no sense. Sooo glad to be gone!
Today's news made me physically ill. There have been too many re-orgs and RIFs in the past year. How could you let a respected marketing leader go? Who's next?
It's in marketing.
The one big leader left standing run it all is questionable at best.
The low bonus, low raises, and office visits weren’t enough, have to throw in one more big change. Time to go.
2 big leaders. They’re combining Carelon with all other LOB’s. Org chart will be revealed tomorrow morning. Let’s just say the new Chief Growth Officer is making a lot of changes and fast.
You appear to know more than commenters on other recent threads. Would you happen to know what areas RIF will apply to?
