No raises. Inflation was 3%. I’m 3% poorer than I was last year. After how hard I worked this past year to get nothing in return you better believe I’m going to be working 3% less hard this year compared to last year

It’s the only fair thing to do

It is sad and our leaders still get amazing bonuses and eat well. The rest we will live on rice and beans.

I got a measly three percent raise here, and we no longer get bonuses. When I asked about my performance review, I was told that they don't really measure what we do, and I still haven't seen it. I would love to dispute my raise percentage, as I have always been a top performer. The 3% was a surprise and a slap in the face. I feel bad for everyone else who is saying they were told no raises this year! 😕

@gc they promote those with less skills, talent, exposure, experience, and education, Many times people promoted do not meet the minimum education requirements that's on the job application, Go look at their education background, it is posted in same system as paychecks are, everyone should know they promote solely based off who you know in the company and not your work/educational background, that's why everything is going to sh-t, d-mbasses promoting d-mbasses

@b1 agreed! If we bust our butts and don’t even get a basic raise, I’m going to pull back on my effort. Still planning on doing good work and fulfilling my duties. But it’s crystal clear that going above and beyond won’t be rewarded at this time.

@gy Wow, that was scarily accurate! Guess we're that easy to spot?? Lol.
Worst thing is... It looks like SNP and I are in a committed relationship for now thanks to the job market. cry

@fm that really su-ks. If it makes you feel better: I have applied 10+ times to management roles. Have years in the company, I'm a preceptor, volunteer for every project around, welcome nurses, etc etc .. 75% of the times, they ended up hiring people with less skills and exposure. 👎🏼 I gave up.

@ez SNP rarely has RIFs as they need all their staff. Not saying other departments do not, but SNP is v busy and complex.

@e6 Similar here. I was told by my director and my VP, that I was doing lead work and they are working with HR for promotion. After we were moved to new area, was told only way to get a promotion is if there is an open role and it had to be open to anyone to apply.

When are the RIFs coming to SNP ? It seems like they want people to quit: now with raises vs bonuses, mandatory OT, the knowledge that they're hiring many people from other countries (cheaper), and the warning they gave us about returning to the office ?

For years I went above and beyond. Exceptional reviews many years. Starting in 2021, something changed. Told three times that I was at the top of the pay scale but then when I asked about it I was told they couldn’t provide the scale! Went to HR, they told leader to provide the scale. Was then told that I was expectedly to perform at a lead level without the title or the pay. What a joke Humana is. Good luck to all the slaves left after two ERPs in less than two years.

It's a dang shame we are not getting raises even though we get AIP. I am always thankful for the bonus don't get me wrong but by the time we get it, it is taxed to death!

I wish the leaders over benefits JK would consider at the very least to allow us to opt in and have our AIP go into our retirement or HSA account so we can use it towards the rising healthcare cost. I've tried to get in front of it and re direct it to my HSA but since we don't know exactly when it will hit is the issue.

Create a button we check that says if you AIP place X amount of money into HSA/fsa account or into our retirement plan. At least if we could put in our HSa it wouldn't be taxed to death and those of us on the lower end of the bk is wouldn't have to suffer as much. Leaders who get millions in or even 6 figure bonus every year do t have to worry about this as much as those of us making a decision on if we should by food, electric bill, water bill and or let our healthcare go. I've not gone to the doctor before because I cannot afford the deductible. We have had to go without so we could have electric. Working for a multibillion business and barely scraping by and told we don't even get a raise???

I know many who are having to take on second and third jobs to scrape by.

I'm thankful for my job and I love working for Humana. I've always been proud to work here but it's gotten to the point the pay is not keeping up with inflation and cost of living. People who do way less are getting paid a ton more. Just told to accept it. I feel defeated like many of you here. Hopefully next year they give us all raises . I go above and beyond and have for years. I cannot keep that up this year. I'll give what I can , do my best and put that energy into working a side hustle to make extra money.
