It’s not fishy. Clear cut when you get into the facts.

So the WOOORD on the street is that the big ol oil company is finding a way to “spin” this as not reportable under Chevron. So we have contract companies and contractors working for Chevron all over the globe and somehow this one falls “out of scope” as I was told. Smells very fishy to me……..folks need to start asking some questions bout this…..

If it can be spun as a non company death it will be. I have never seen a company be able to spin and hide info as much as this company can. It’s all about the stock price, whatever it takes.

They have shut-in Benchamas.

Meanwhile, in Venezuela, someone was asleep at the wheel and a 75,000 ton Chevron oil tanker slammed into a nearby ship. Lucky both didn't explode and sink, Pearl Harbor style. What a clown show.

I’m looked today and saw 0 fatalities (contractor or employee) reported so far for 2023. There are just 1 non-work related death and 2 third party deaths.

Thank you @gxy+1lIj0V5x

Hoping remaining crew will be safe. We forget sometimes how dangerous conditions can be for the work we perform.

I thought we were out of Thailand as of last year after our concession was not renewed a few years ago. Guess not?
