Looks like the meetings ended at 6 because most of the lower management went on Stream to post positive vibes. I love a good feel good story.

Judges don’t like bankrupting companies. The judges decision tells you TT Is at fault and this will become criminal in nature for the executives.
The perp walk will happens by mid year. The SEC will be investigating all wrong doing and it’s more than just the lease buy back.
There is a call today for managers only. My guess is that it will be to lay out the official company "talking points" to use with both hourly employees and customers who ask. We will be getting our marching orders and the official company line, along with a pep talk about how, as leaders, we will need to be optimistic and unified in front of our teams. I've been a people manager for 20 years and this is the first time I've ever seen an all managers call scheduled for a Sunday afternoon.
To be fair most outside analysts said Windstream was likely to win. If for nothing else they said judges didn’t like bankrupting companies.
You're not thinking for yourself if you believe someone who was "surprised" to lose the default case and "surprised" by how badly the stock reacted. What would leave you to believe he won

Pretty sure on the last shareholders meeting they approved having emergency or little / no notification share holders meeting to take actions if need be. This is probably it. Especially if only those with stock received a notification.
