Whatever. You can’t even 1500 people to view anything on this site. And half of those are trolls like me. And your going to get the votes for a union. Go back to work grunts or better yet, go look for another job

What does the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) have to do with Geico unionizing?

Good for them. Hope it’s a trend for all licensed injury and auto claims adjusters. They’ve needed a Union for a long time. Pilots, teachers, railroad workers, truckers, even grocery clerks have a Union to help protect them against the exact kind of he-l Allstate is doing to its workforce.

Ummm....unions aren't happening here fellas. You will find yourselves in the unemployment line before any protection for you regarding it is off the ground. Sure it is illegal to terminate employees for trying to unionize but Allstate doesn't always play within the rules of legalities. Just ask all the people in Califorina that had to sue to get their back overtime that Allstate illegally for years screwed them out of.

In my 16 years here everyone that has even uttered the word union has been terminated or sent down the road of discipline and eventually termed so for most I would assume fear of corporate retaliation. Allstate has zero tolerance for any kind of unionization and squashes it pretty quick through elimination or threats.
