We as the workers on the ground need to let our clients and customers know how the execs are treating us. Using Linkedin could cause issues if the execs see it is you and start disciplinary actions.
Somehow the clients need to be told face to face or maybe via anonymous social media.

Talked to my client. They are gobsmacked to hear DXC pay vs market. They also could not fathom 0-1 pay raise in 5-10 years. Good luck to DXC as senior cash cow resources exit.

I watched the Q&A on replay, well that's me done with town halls. There is no point listening to them , it's just one lie after another, one excuse after another. Worse they think there is no problem.

It's the new academic joiners I feel sorry for, but how many of them will still be providing amazing energy in 2 years?

Post of the month below!! Liars didn’t carefully monitor fiick all when it came to their pay. The pigs literally went straight in after FY end. And when it comes to the plebs they have no money.

We have already passed 2 quarters in this new fiscal year, how much more time do they need to monitor? In order to pay last years raises.

The lying bstards, they took thier pay in July and didnt need to wait to monitor for that. Why dont they take pay cuts for non performance???, they dont even have confidence in themselves to deliver!!!

These people are total scammers.

Why did you even attend? Everyone knew they would moderate the chat, and spin out the review another quarter. Only a contractual change in salary will cut it now. I'll do my job, I'll do it bloody well. But I'm not doing anyone else's because they either won't or can't. And the reason I'm leaving - it's not actually the salary, it's the fact they pay those other people more, and they still fail at the simplest of tasks. Does DXC actually want to deliver a service. The ship will sink it's inevitable now, the only question is how long will it take to go down. Because I really don't think they can afford the salary corrections needed.

Look, DXC is forked. They will never give a pay raise to existing employees at proper intervals and value. Your rating does not matter, your contributions do not matter. Nothing you do will result in a proper evaluation and pay rise. Accept you su-k and cannot leave, leave or give what you get paid for. The SR mgt is low tier, and not delivering anywhere close to expectations. So far, their only accomplishment is taking the money and paying their friends with lucrative contracts. Good accounts/clients will value talent, take them up on it.

Reading all this, not sure what is going on at DXC and folks are complaining. But just FYI, at some competitors, most usual process is to have a salary review every 6 months to a year (and sometimes with a 3-5% annual salary increase as per normal - irrespective if the company is doing well or not!.). Got employees at Panasonic, or NEC in the UK for 15+ years etc. and it makes sense.

I’m really curious as to why people don’t move to other companies to improve their pay and conditions.
In my case I intend to retire from DXC in the next two years as I’m now mortgage-free, my kids are adults with their own careers, and we’ll be downsizing also in the next few years.
I’ve given up expecting any material benefit from working at DXC but if I was younger I would definitely move.
I’ve been with DXC 10yrs and thought that they’d start recognising that they at least need to pay nominal increases given that every other company does but its never going to happen.
Improve your skills, take the education classses in Linkedin and mcoe as soon as you can.

To be fair as soon as they invited a customer CIO along it was obvious no "negative" questions would be accepted and they even sent out an email where they said "I encourage you to share thoughtful questions that reflect our growth mindset"

So it should come as no surprise, only su-k up questions appear.
