Why is our time system such a $hit show??? Are they purposely trying to $crew us over so we’ll quit? Or making us have “incidents” to get us fired??? So f’n frustrating!!!

They can't "make you" have an occurrence on your timekeeping. You are in charge if you are late to work, or take unscheduled PTO.
Out of all the crazy nonsense with this company Kronos is what we are complaining about now? Running out of topics to post about on this board it seems. Kronos is the least of our worries considering a big part of the employee base is being vendored out into a huge unknown that is likely far worse than anything Kronos related.
Looking at our average front line employee it is no surprise that a basic timekeeping program would be too difficult for them. This company has a lot of faults and a lot of dirty processes and poor handlings and treatment of its employees but complaining about Kronos is quite the reach.
Well this is a new topic to bi--h about. I have worked several aces that required a timecatd system and they are all the same.
Most of the times it's the employee issue who than looks to blame someone else(imagine that)
@gqm+1kvB4JdX Kronos has major issues. It's not a matter of punching In/put. If access it is not accessible due to system related issues, times out, does register the punch when made, or other common reoccurring accurance with it. Then it is not the employee. Pull your head out of your a-s and maybe you'll have more clarity.
The have an insatiable appetite for technology and rely on it for everything no matter how disconnected it leaves employees. There’s no one to call no one to complain to. They are a digital company and that’s what they want to be. The blow and most with a functioning conscious are getting out asap
If you can't hit a "punch" button to log in and out at the times directed then you are too stupid to be working in this industry in any capacity.
