Yep laying off large amount of employees only to mobilize more contingent labor (high price, low value). Keep copies of anything you have that could help you in a wrong doing case. Unfortunately Directors and managers aren’t getting laid off - only the worker bees.

@gq+1jtbvgrrq Mondays and Fridays are common days off. Tuesdays and Thursdays are usually payroll cutoff for salaried people. More taxis, counselors and doctors available mid week too. HR can huddle on the Monday too just to make sure.

How does one go about getting a transfer to rainbow? Sounds like a good time. I mean since the misery is widespread thru the company, one may as well partake in the nose beer perks and at least make an effort to enjoy oneself

Rainbow Mid Managers are self motivated for their own cause and less concerned about what's really going on. This is the lowest, and the worst moral I've ever seen since Cenovus took over. Small town had a lot to offer and has now been destroyed by egotistical supervisors and blind senior Executives.
