@gp How would any entity we contract know if someone offshore is doing the work? Are we expecting Elevance to honer the terms of their contracts? Hardy har har. How naive.

@gp In theory you are right but this scuzzy company finds ways to skirt around the rules. How can we be so sure they haven’t found a loophole? I don’t think they are offshoring these positions, I think AI is replacing many positions.
@g2 this is not accurate. Offshore can only work on certain plans and can only do certain tasks in MCAG because of rules in the contracts
