People are getting layed off, Medicaid losing members, Centene su-ks at quality and had low stars in Medicare. Pretty much the story that we all already know. Doing as bad as they are in Medicare this isn’t shocking.
Embarrassing honestly to even say you’re a Medicare player with STARs that low.
For people who survive this...I wonder is there any kind of union who supports this kind of work? Claims processing mail processing data entry? It would be nice to have that protection.
