Share stories of your experience with the FSC rollout disaster. After being told by the Wells Fargo lady and her phone call pep rallies being called Eeyores and Ford Pinto’s in how great this FSC rollout will be, it has been a complete disaster it has been. She should be fired along with the team in charge of the rollout.

She should talk to Ken Meyer. He spearheaded an impressive "Digital Straddle" migration during MOE at Truist.
@ga Nobody is adopting anything Truist does.
I think it is working well. Very happy with it and I applaud management for the implementation.

Dang. Maybe they should have used AI to ensure the rollout went smoothly.
I swear, these "leaders" are complete jackasses and won't shut up about it. It is to a point where some may be using it to replace their own thought process. Good for them.
