No Casualty layoffs planned for 2021

Per today's meeting.

Take that as you will.

Casualty can’t afford layoffs, casualty is critically understaffed and people are still leaving faster than they can bring them in.

You don’t need layoffs if your entire department decides enough is enough. All the good ones are gone already – anybody still here at this point, manager or not, is just desperate.

Key word: "planned".

They weren't "planned" in April 2020 either. At least it wasn't said it was planned. They knew.

These "leaders" are born liars. I Wouldn't trust them with a dried dog tu–rd.

Grain of salt folks...

Casualty isn't planning any layoffs for 2021. 2022 is undecided. Said 2020 layoffs were partly caused by overhiring prior to the pandemic. They also said they're currently hiring, which is a tacit admission that they royally f***ked up with the mass layoffs last year.

That makes sense since so many are leaving Allstate for other jobs!! They can’t afford to lay off anybody else or Tom himself may have to get on the bloody phone ! This place is a burning pyre of dung.
