Nice work if you can get it.
Now we know why all the town halls were done before the earnings call, avoid all those questions about reward for staff compared to reward for leaders

This is a lesson in corporate greed. Plain and simple examples of get whatever you can and don’t care at all about your people or clients. I really don’t know how the CEO or board sleep at night. I am sure their day will come
This is too shady to be real but it is. I’m willing to bet the board got a good bit of comp improvement right before they gave the CEO and CFO what they wanted!!
Dxc the gift that keeps on giving.
Just when I imagine it's not possible for this sh1t show to be worse...
We now have two hugely overpaid clowns using their quarterly key note speach to brag about how they've paid themselves even more obscene amounts of money... For not one visible result for the shareholders.
Slow clap time
At least di-k turpin wore a mask...
What this company does or says is irrelevant to me. It makes no difference to my salary so I'm not listening anymore. I don't care if it wins or fails. All it seems to care about is my timesheets and irrelevant AI training. You can say we're enthused all you like - I can say now that nobody is. Those who say they are, are just playing the game.
@gj+1jv8h9jqy "Please fill in your timeshiittsss in 4 different time systems regularly."
Useless Brocks way of growing the company, he believes the measure of growth is more and more barriers and paperwork signoffs.
Please fill in your timeshiittsss in 4 different time systems regularly. We are working on GenAI projects to help increase productivity.
It’s one thing to include executive compensation in a required SEC filing. That’s required. It’s crazy, selfish, and bragging to call it out in the quarterly earnings call the way they did. Just plain out of touch with the employees when the executives, who contribute zero productive work to customer delivery and customer satisfaction, are claiming to be so important that they have locked in millions of dollars of compensation to keep them there. If they left tomorrow the company would still run, because of the thousands of employees who are doing the real work. Huge culture blunder which alienates the workers even more. I should be surprised, but I’m not. Pathetic.
One slip and down the hole we fall
It seems to take no time at all
A momentary lapse of reason
That binds a life for life
You won't regret, you will never forget
There'll be no sleep in here tonight
And there is nothing really growing so far as well. Get paid more for the same old same old. Bet ya employees won't be seeing much, if anything!
Good to see that the DXC board have voted to keep Raul and Rob on increased pay for another three years then (have a look on the DXC Investor Relations site for the details) - would hate them to think they were undervalued :(
