It is their insecurity
Lol, M@n1sh Sh@rm@. 6 new hires quit his group in less than two years. He's 80% of what's wrong with defmet
If it’s Intel managers I bet there’s a ton of hanky panicky going on as well. They never learn.
Nailed it. And people still wonder what happened to the once great Intel. Bad Management.
Def Met too. It’s criminal at this point that they haven’t been investigated
Get them fired, be ruthless, they already hate you anyway.
Caste system
Leave high tech then. You think it's just Intel?! 😂
What happened to defmet team?
@ck is def met synonymous with LYA labs?
Once the bully culture reputation spreads around, other people are reluctant to join. Company no longer gets the cream of the crop to hire from. Ultimately management starts resorting to their favorite tool namely cost-cutting, rather than innovate and compete.
@bs
where this happens good employees leave
bad managers can't build squat
companies go under
nowadays companies survive off their fake share price
which is propped up by US debt
obviously this can't continue
Like def met team. Horrible what went down there
STFU
And this is different at any other company because? Management has always held the ability to order others around - it's kinda part of the job.
@a2 dream on, this site has no relevance. If you post a name it will be taken down quickly.
Bully bully!
The Indian management crooks have setup shop at Intel and bullying employees cause they are on work visa. To those being bullied, gather together and file a law suite against Intel or shame them on this forum by naming them. The bullying will automatically stop when HR sees the posts cause HR always and only looks out for the company and not the worker. The manager will be laid-off if enough posts and complains of specific examples are given.
