@ga that’s a weird pivot to H1B. So equal pay and equal work is your alternative? How Mamdani of you! Loving the socialist support! What progress! Eventually you’ll learn the error of your racism. Or you’re realizing you’re just d-mb talking out of both sides and your arguments are nonsense.

Based on your one-word comment all over this site, it is obvious that you must a be a great catch as an employee and a person. Grow up you immature p.a.b.
Sounds like that AVP needs more on his plate!!!
@OP USAA doesn't have much of a culture of working smarter. More about showing cheap and busy work, and having a scape goat. Working smart would be a threat to exec egos.
Sometimes the higher pay is because of experience, work efficiency, or other benefits. The AVP that this came from doesn't sound like an experienced leader.
You are both the same level ? Then higher pay doesn’t mean you work or get more responsibility. That’s not the reason it should be role based . Sounds like an H1B1 mindset
Makes sense to me. Higher pay = higher responsibility.
Shut up
@OP if you're getting paid more, shouldn't there be a reason to justify said pay? I know iwhen I'm doing more, I want more pay. I really don't see the issue here. Isn't that how it is supposed to work?
Sounds like someone needs HR training.
sounds like something that preejet would say.
