How do we collaborate in office when our mouse clicks are being tracked?

If a coworker talks to us for 30 mins in the hall and we can’t touch our computer does that mean we have to stay an extra 30 mins in the office?

@g3 I mean they are going to need to hire people too. I guess the economy could get bad enough, but who takes a job where they are told they watched like a kid in kindergarten.

Are employees able to/ allowed to see these attendance tracking/ monitoring reports? If not, they can fabricate them all day long and sing people anyway they want to. I also wonder how would people who work while working day and then support after hours releases are going to be treated. Who in conference room meetings will be tracked? How Brainstorming seasons would be handled? This mo--nic 💩 is weird and inadequate

Keep a log book

If they dinging on you, tell them you have logs of everything and you will notify the state.

Yes, don't leave your desk for anything. Go to the bathroom? Add 15 min. Get some water? Add 5 min. Lunch? Add an hour

Also, whatever time you spend in a stall in the bathroom needs to be added to the total amount of time you spend at the office.

Target clerks get breaks. We don't.

I am not reading any comments about how WF is actually improving as a company. All of this is more desperation than leadership Why not use AI to record conversations in all WF buildings? Otherwise, these various initiatives are the sign of an increasingly irrelevant and dying firm.

It’s all BS to be able to fire more people or force more people out with bad reviews impacting salary and bonus instead of paying severance.
