Glassdoor reviews

Has anybody else noticed the increased number in generic five-star reviews and decrease in negative ones? It could be argued that people are simply happier here and talking about it (with very similar, soulless phrases), but anybody who works here knows that's bull. What happened? Is Glassdoor another corporate sellout?

Glassdoor DELL reviewes are filled by AI agents.

@OP These are paid reviews by management to get their image up. I can confirm that.

With the way Dell treats its employees, nobody wantss to be here.

@ct There's also those of us from EMC that remember what it was like to work for a real technology company that treated its employees exponentially better than Dell does and actually gave meaningful raises and advancement opportunities.

@ce I have my complaints but dont hate Dell. I love my job and Dell has treated me great for the last 6 years.

Most people on here are bitter losers who are either long gone from Dell but can't let it go, or are bitter employees who deserve what they get but can't accept it.

Realistically dude? Not everyone hates Dell. I have my complaints for sure, don't get me wrong... but I love my job and in all honesty, think Dell is a good company overall. They have their flaws for SURE but every company does.

People here act as if Dell is the WORST company ever when it's really not. EVERY f500 company has the same exact bs that dell does. Smaller companies are a 50/50 because they don't have the funds like F500 companies do.

But Dell 100% pays glassdoor to take down negative reviws/ratings. Dell also pays news companies to rate them as a "top place to work" as well...

Some of you guys need to seriously get a life and realize that the grass is NOT always greener on the other side because I promise you, EVERY company has it's pro's and con's. You'll just find the next cr-p to complain about at a new company.

Paid propaganda

@a2 It's much simpler that that. They just pay glassdoor to take down negative reviews and/or use AI to put up a bunch of fake positive reviews.

Glassdoor is a paid service

My two cents, HR watches Glassdoor like a hawk. When the rating drops, they nudge managers to nudge employees to post glowing reviews and bump it back up.
