Zortman, Fargo...clowns. couldn't swallow their pride that they selected Wayne and extended his contract. Then, to cover it up, Wayne lies that it was his choice to leave. Until you clear out the incompetence in the BoD, you'll keep getting subpar CEO selections. I wouldn't trust the remaining EC to run my 10 yr old's lemonade stand.

@OP and yet many still want the CEO from military! Why does it matter? All of USAA problems didn’t start under Wayne! How did that Stuart little do? Wasn’t he military?
Its cheaper for all non client facing employees to work remotely.

It’s funny how there’s always money for conferences, corporate travel, and courses that only EMG get to go to. Even when it’s only here at headquarters. Those are the first things that should be slashed. All travel slashed, conferences courses all to be cut until Q2 2026.
