Laid off, Forced RTO/attrition? Maybe it’s time to use the time we have left to give Wayne the gift that keeps on giving… an employee union. Maybe it’s time to turn the Wayne’s anti-worker sentiment into Wayne’s fast track departure. Wayne takes 150+% pay increase while we have our bonus structure cut and are lucky to get a 3% pay increase. With current inflation rates, even with a 3% performance bonus, we’re making less than we did a year ago and now he wants us to spend more time and money so we can sit in a chair and have zoom meetings with coworkers in other states. Wayne is surrounded by failed leaders from failed big banks and believes that because our offices are in right to work states, that he can sc--w us without lube and there’s nothing we can do… and maybe he’s right… but maybe a unionized workforce would change his mind.
What are your thoughts? Pro or anti union? Why? And how many are planning to abide by the masters wishes and show up looking like you’re playing in the band while the ship slowly sinks.
