Really is a disaster
Any good energy or good tools are replaced by spreadsheets and gwps

They will get rid of the more tenured reps.
Most of GVS is grade 7
Some older Meraki reps at grade 9
Why pay more ?

Anyone else tired of omf, ngf, 20 spreadsheets, awful Salesforce?
They want deals but we don't actually get to speak to clients

A lot of the ICs and “sellers” in GVSE as well as the top guy in GVSE, AB are useless. Half of the “sellers” in GVSE are nepo hires or straight out of CSAP and just rely on their partners for opportunities and updates.. the mid market areas of the business are in shambles and the director/vp leadership is a revolving door. So much for strategy.

GVSE Is micromanaged toxic
Leadership is clueless

GVSE is a mess right now. Heads should roll for these moves. Was once a great place to work at Cisco, now it’s misery.

Merger = nightmare
POD model = horrible

Tone deaf layers of useless management

Are you surprised? Cisco never rolls their acquisitions into the company correctly. Should be apparent at this point Caught Robbin is asleep at the wheel and works at most ten hours a week. He’s taking his golden parachute and pulling the ladder up with him as he exits..leaving everyone else with the po---r in chief and his steaming piles of dung Peetu Patel
