Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

Anything new on layoffs?

It's been awfully quite lately. I think we are safe?

@j2 If it is Robert that you are referring to, you never trust a word from any of the leadership and get everything in writing.

I worked on the Kansas DDI for the modular system and would be interested to know what happened there.

And once the new VP's/execs has gutted the company and moved most the workforce overseas, they'll grab their bonuses and incentives, lay their sights on another company and move on. Brings to mind the high up made men on the Sopranos.

Speaking of Kansas, they could do better with another IDL. Someone with a little bit higher level of integrity and actual knowledge.

@f5 I’ve never seen a company hire more higher ups and get rid of the people who actually do the work. Really strange.

All good until July when low performers will be exited. More VPs and Directors will be hired.

Were there 40 layoffs as someone stated in May? Were there team members on Kansas being replaced as someone alluded to? We are so siloed it’s hard to know if what we are seeing is accurate.
