Join the Networks Team no pay no work campaign

Please join us in the campaign as there will be no pay rises announced for another year, no pay no work.

We can't afford to live on the cuts we have been getting inflation has been 10%, 6%, and still high, we gave lost 20% in the last 3 years alone.

Whilst the fat cats at the top are taking thier millions and are affording $1 billion share buybacks. Where is the money for this coming from.

No pay, no work!!!

I am not a manager or an accountant need of any kind. I’m a technician networking get your a-s working. You’re pay the salary be professional, and do your job.

Don’t do anything extra, don’t work overtime, but do your ducking job

if networking is really not doing any work, they should be fired for cause and not given any severance or any notice

I have projects that I need to get done and I need networking help. Stop your baby and get to work

And I can predict next year's figure now if you want...

If you want a raise, leave. Its the only way you'll see one.

I can't imagine any of the ex-AT&T bunch haven't seen this even while they weren't DXC. You must have known what you were coming to (back to in most cases), you must have spoken with DXC people and heard the complaints!

Just think yourself lucky that you have only had a pay freeze for a couple of years...unlike everyone else.

@tiew+1r4IpMAP don't know which part of the co you work in but you try and get a Network Engineer to do something and it won't be done till 3 days layer. They work to thier own time when they feel like doing some work. The Network managers are the same they will just make excuses. To be fair it's a good place to be in, they get high AT&T rates of pay and no work pressure. The way the company treats other employees I would say its good for Networks, and thier campaign to get other folks on board with them to get things changed is a smart move. The are in essence leaders of the pack. Fair dinkum.

We're planning a full week of Networks Labour Strike. We can afford the inflation now, everything has gone up and more companies are raising thier charges we have to pay.

We should be told our raises by now, with worked the year. Join us to make a stance.

Yes the right thing to do is to stop exec bonuses too.

if they pay staff then they don't need to pay the tax on reduced profit. So no need for buyback. They buyback is for thier greed to take thier stock option salaries.

You say they can't afford to give more, what a joke they can't take millions.

You say we are still working here, it's like your neighbour smashing your windows then saying you can always move the option is yours.

The management in this company is sick in the head, they need to treat folks properly.

I'm doing nothing, if it's good enough for Networks it's good for me.

I'm gonna say before I write the next bit that I'm as p'ed off as anyone on pay but...

The share buybacks are from "free cash flow". That's money that would be profit but instead of being reported as profit and paying tax on it, they use it as money to "invest".

If we assume then that dxc has a billion in profit each year... How much does that represent in pay rises for each employee and if profit is flat, where does the money come from in subsequent years?

What would wall street do if that number tailed off at say half a billion a year? (which is a sort of OK figure for a raise for everyone)

M2 gave one raise. It was chicken feed and led to more discontent.

So their strategy is to give nothing. They can't afford to give more and that we are still working tells them that it's been successful. The number of employees never shifts radically...

The Drummergole has said were really doing well, but ignored the pay issue like Finch. Still keeps saying need to get financials. That's the same message every year to say no.

Nothing has changed these people are telling staff to eff off for pay, joining networks.

Pay rise Now!

Still no news on pay, the execs are working out and taking thier pay now, strange how they have no problem working out thier raises every year at this time but keep the rest of us hanging on so they can load the costs into the next quarter and then f us.

At AT&T we would be getting told our bonuses and raises now, can't see why DXC are delaying.

In the meantime I'm doing golf and tennis today, until this mess is sorted.

You have Projects waiting on us, and we have payments which are overdue to us.

You can shout as much as you want but your customers will have to wait. Can't keep on rolling over to your threats, yes get rid of us and go to the market and hire people on more money. You people are so far up the Managers rears that your heads need cleaning.

Get a life, join networks no pay no work, time is replacement for money!!

All DXC has to do is fire a few managers in Networking for cause so no WFR payments and you all fall inline

again you get paid a salary do your ducking job, no more , no OT unless you get paid for it.

 @7rxy+1r4IpMAP you sound like a typical GIS Delivery Manager, people like you just skrew people, your the lowest of the low. You want people to work for nothing.

Why don't you have any bowls to speak against the upper layers who are taking money for doing nothing, your up their rses, you just look for easy targets who you can try and bully.

Networks aren't for budging until we get our pay, you better get used to it, or have some bowls and speak up the line.

How will you get a rise? 3 years since we came back from AT&T and nothing.

The management are open liars, every year they say next year, they don't want to give you a raise, they take your money, virtually stealing it.

We are actually helping our colleagues by taking a stance. By bending over and doing what they demand, you will just end up thier rears and get walked over.

They can't touch Networks as you our aware we do things when we want not when we get sc--wed.

Hope you understand and join us like some of your colleagues.

I am doing no Networks work until they pay me my wage for doing the job.

If they keep underpaying me they are treating me like a slave. The master is taking all the money and the slave is getting the crumbs.

Things need to change here no need to move.

: @2hgv+1r4IpMAP. I am not on the board , not management but a technical grunt. But I am a professional and even throw I only got 1 increase in my 14 years at DXC after meeting or exceeding my goals year in year out. I get paid a salary so I do my job.

I am upset that dxc doesn’t give merit increases and won’t do any extra but I do my job.

Cost of living increases are for pu----s , if you don’t like what’s happening at DXC then change jobs if you can, if you can’t then shut the duck up. I changed jobs in 2023

You must be a manager or on a good package, alot of us are underpaid a fair wage.

You can do whatever extra you want. We are underpaid it's only fair we underwork. That balances out. If you cant work that out then your work is probably very poor.

I put my hands up to the Networks guys and thier managers, finally some people have ba--s to stand up.

The company can afford them but won't pay them as the top are robbing the money.

I'm joining you Networks not doing anything positive for the robbers at the top, a big thanks to you guys and your managers who at least have the decency to support you and stand up.

your paid a salary so do your job , don’t work extra hours , don’t go above and beyond as you will get the same pay increase as the slacker that doesn’t do 💩

DXC exists for executives and the board to steal from the stockholders and the Stockholders must be stupid to let this continue. Fire Mary and save 5 million, stop the stock buybacks as it won’t help the stock price.

Get rid of the contractors that milk the company.

Give merit increases to the real workers and if their isn’t enough money for that, freeze stock options, cut salaries and no perks except basic healthcare for executives and the board till you can !

And employees at DXC if you could have found a better job that pays and you didn’t , then shut the duck up as it’s your fault for staying.

Me i quit last year and am much better off !

I've got 2 years left till I am retiring. That's why I am staying. I do about 4 short days a week in recognition of no pay rise for 3 years. I am not alone.

I used to think you were lazy skivers, that were always very difficult to get hold off or to get any work done.

Why are people still there? If you're good, leave, you'll get another role with another org easily. I left DXC a few years ago, I've had a very good pay increase and bonus every year with my new employer.

@tfq+1r4IpMAP The company doesn't have a business brain. All companies need people with deep knowledge, which is gained from years of experience. If it thinks it can run from work notes and muddle through - well that's why it can't make a profit, because it can't stand up anyone with any common sense or has seen it before to fix it.

Well I joined the company last year and if I will not see any pay rise next year that will cover inflation for this year + next year I will call it a day and look for something else. It's easy as that.

Since my last pay rise, which was a pittance anyway. DXC has increased the client rate card by around 50%. It goes up automatically just like your broadband and mobile contracts at Inflation plus rates. The company costs have not risen in that time. They don't pay for offices anymore. They've forgotten how to incentivise people to do a good job and care. Meanwhile the few people who think they stand a chance are making it very difficult for anyone else by hogging all the work and basically making themselves into bottle necks.
