@ft honestly its more mentoring the incompetent people that wants someone to show them everything that causes burnout. Some people got promoted to lead early by just talking a lot that they can't even perform independently without someone pair programming with them which is meant for interns. They need to be removed first.

The TP to ROSA migration has everyone stressed in ET and the software engineers doing the work are burned out and continued to be pushed to complete on what is turning out to be the impossible.

ALL of SF’s problems emanate from 1 department ET. It has been the weight around SF’s neck since it stopped being Data Processing. Should have outsourced the entire operation 25 years ago. Comprised of the most technology deficient employees of any major corporation.
