Rumor has it it's gonna be you next
@fs stop fear mongering. They aren't gonna lay off all those blue badge techs. Fake news, Trump to the moon!
Turn in your Insights Nov end and wait till Jan 30 ELT reviews. 10 Unskilled green badges under 1 skilled blue badge or possibly 1 fse contractor. Lights out fabs only toolset recovery and auto pms due. 4k x 7 factories real ChinDia style hooches in the factory surrounds. Shanty plan this LBTanman.
March 2026 is the next wave.
Layoff wave? It's a layoff tsunami coming at you. Man the life boats. It's coming for you.....and you and you up there in the cheap seats. Hey you in the cubicle hiding your face pretending to work yeah pack up your office and say hello to your low cost H1B replacement.
Next round would be done through performance management not layoff. Demotion and paycut to force people leave without severance.
Feb 2026 is the next wave.
