CIP (pro-rated 2025)

My partial CIP arrived in my bank account overnight. This is after an AEOI last year. No sign of a paystub though, and I expect that will arrive via snail mail.

I’m putting in a pool with mine. And if I have enough leftover I’m gonna fly all of you out here for the grand opening.

I have to buy something useless to cheer me up because I have no life with no meaning which is why I hang out here with the rest of the pathetic loser chevroids.

@fj I don't see anyone posting like a pathetic loser or complaining. I am buying something totally useless to celebrate I am not at Chevron anymore. The bonus is a cherry on top after a long career and nice severance. People that still work there seem like the ones that aren't happy. They had to offer free breakfast for a reason.

@ff Depends on how many points you had. If you don’t get it next week, then I guess you didn’t.

@fq
I made it through the last round, but I don’t expect to make it through the next one whether it is in 2027 or 2030. Whenever they are ready for the next purge.
It will take a year+ to get through the PTSD from the stress of the 2020, ,2025, and the next one….
Whew!

I left in July and was surprised to get a deposit today of about 22K. A lot more than I thought I was gonna get. With my severance, unemployment, and now this extra coin, I’m not that much of in a hurry to get a job

By all means. Buying things that are completely useless and not planning for the future then coming back and whining like a pathetic loser on this site is the Chevron way!

Big enough to mess up my SS this year, but I’ll take it. Kiss me goodbye.

I got my stub today, and seeing how I haven't been employed for the last 9 months, I was surprised to see that they took a very large chunk out for SDI.

@e6 So was I. Almost double on what I thought I would get.

Was honestly surprised by how much I got. Given their track record over the past few years, I figured it would be much less.
