Hearing about so many layoff, yet the people who put us in this situation are still around. Unless we remove those bad apples, how could someone change the company?

I am the best
There's been fraud, scamming, and blatant stealing at the Columbus NE plant for years now. The plant manager and the BU Ops leadership cover it up because they get a piece of the pie. Just look at the inventory purchases. But they have fired every single person that has tried to shine a light on it. That plant is ruled like a Mafia operated business.
@28q that means he is on the path to become a director soon. Insecure leadership wants weak people. That explains why good people don’t normally get promoted in BD.
B d Columbus ne is a haven for predators
@fq the manager i interviewed with 2 weeks ago very obviously has a low IQ.
@nv I had an interview with a newly hired manager. He couldn't form complete sentences or coherent thoughts. I asked him some very basic questions about the job and hed give me an answer that was unrelated to the question.
His IQ seemed a bit low which is par for the course for a lot of leadership in BD, especially now.
@1ea there are even more serious allegations at FLKS, but we should not make those public, especially when there is no proof.
@19r that's a pretty serious allegation
@19r Please tell us more. I’m from a different location and had no idea we’d sunk to that level.
Come to Columbus ne. There's favoritism all through out the building. Women are treated terrible
Bd in Columbus ne. Is a haven for s-x trafficking pictures taken inside the building videos being made isn't this illegal?
They always keep them that's their little narcs
For ages, BD has been all about blatant nepotism. You can’t really move up unless you’ve got someone to su-k up to.
@fq I agree with this assessment 100%. BD needs authentic and genuine leaders.
A fish rots from the head down.
@nd
If you really care about your child, PLEASE don’t expose them to this toxic environment. BD is one of the worst places to start one's career. Most of its leaders are below average, and when someone undeserving achieves success, they usually become arrogant — BD perfectly reflects that.
@cf when the ceo has no shame to bring his on to be a summer intern and other VP’s following suit u know the place is total garbage. These are the kids who walk around arrogantly acting like their dad or mom own the place. Meanwhile your average bd employee couldn’t dream to get their kid in.. I know a director whose child is a top student and got nothing but his boss a vp got their kid in to be an intern. I wouldn’t want my kid anywhere near BD, don’t want him working here nor interning .. poor leadship bad values from top down
@cf nepotism is everywhere but people in BD are proud of it, that is concerning.
I believe less self-respect due to poor upbringing is a probable cause. That’s why BD ‘leadership’ keeps talent at bay and promote people with low on IQ and self-respect.
In FLKS, a couple of leaders, got their kids hired through EDGE program; will be absorbed later on if they won’t get anything better. These folks are shameless!!! Imagine the attitude of this nepo kid when he/she will be in “leadership” role.
Have there been more layoffs this week?
