Big mistake in my opinion closing Winston...
Fake hubs don't count.
Wrong. The execs are building out a swank new place in West Palm Beach where they will work for 6 months out of the year to cut down on NY income taxes.
Joins a growing list of cities WF is pulling out of, or already has. Jacksonville, Sacramento, Portland, El Paso, Boise, Reno, Omaha, Salem, Birmingham, Atlanta etc. On and on it goes until it's all I&P and HY.
So sad. I've had many friends that I worked with who were based in WEC. Hard to see the sites that were core to WF go by the wayside. And you know it all started when they hired chainsaw. Interesting that when an executive wants to live in a non-core site, like Florida, the company all of the sudden makes it a core site. But for us lowly employees.....LOL and dream on. Our jobs and thoughts are of no consequence. It su-ks being a little people at WF.
And to the ceo and c suite more $$$$$. Like another c suite hire. Off with their heads
The West End Center is a multi-building office complex previously occupied by Wells Fargo.
Future Plans:
The complex is currently being repurposed to support the region's growing Innovation Quarter, specifically as flexible space for laboratory and biomanufacturing use.
