That tells you everything you need to know about this company. The only thing worse would be if they were %600

Human Capital evolution
Stank has called employees so much worse since calling us "human capital" that that I even forgot about him saying that. When you forget some of his insults, that's when you know things are really bad.
Last year when Verizon needed to shed workforce they gave an incentive and asked for volunteers. Win/win. Company was happy, employees were happy. And it shows with their high score. I guess T is just too greedy and THAT is more important to them than culture.
@fn no culture list last year but it is interesting to see Verizon so high up. Funny to see truly bad companies ahead of AT&T. Just re-affirms everything we all know and experience.
567 this year. But what was it last year, or even the year before?
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) beat out AT&T’s cultural ranking.
DART
Employees will be blamed for this too.
Under achievers. Stank will tank that even more.
Verizon..84
T-Mobile..401
Att..567
..really…REALLY?
Who was the dum HR lady who sat next to Stankey during the EGC webcast?
She is a waste of space and did not stick up for the employees
She has her work cut out for the “Human Capital evolution” portion of her new position.
So, for my "Around the Globe" headline it is accurate to say: AT&T is among the top ranked company cultures according to Forbes for the 3rd year in a row! Winning as one!
#S&P567
They must be proud to be in the bottom 5% of the worst companies in that list.
If we get those desks and chairs from elementary school installed I bet we can get to 600. or maybe no chairs at all. That is winning as one!
@at . Lay some more people off, we can get farther down the list.
Look at all the top companies on this list and notice what they have in common. THEY ALL WFH AND IGNORE RTO BS. It’s really just that simple.
From the article . . . .
"Surprisingly, the researchers also found that when surface-level perks like free lunches, wellness apps and flex days were used to boost company culture, they didn’t inspire employee engagement."
And the company has been rolling out these "surface-level perks" so much lately with the expectation of making the serfs happy. Let them eat cake!
And to think that Stinky's main talking points are about bringing in the culture he wants
@at So next year we should be dead last. Ms. Amazon probably has that as her day 1 priority.
@at RTO happens and then culture goes to sh-t. The industry standard.
We were 435 last year and 430 in 2023.
He will try to convince employees that "600 being the highest and 1 begin the lowest score" and he will smile as he bee ees ees.
On the next town hall everyone should ask Stankey if he is proud of making the top 600 list
Before RTO probably much higher, after RTO, I’m surprised we even made the list at all. Shoulda been #601
Where was ATT ranked last year or the year before?
This company only excels at making their employee base miserable
