Human Capital evolution

Stank has called employees so much worse since calling us "human capital" that that I even forgot about him saying that. When you forget some of his insults, that's when you know things are really bad.

Last year when Verizon needed to shed workforce they gave an incentive and asked for volunteers. Win/win. Company was happy, employees were happy. And it shows with their high score. I guess T is just too greedy and THAT is more important to them than culture.

And the company has been rolling out these "surface-level perks" so much lately with the expectation of making the serfs happy. Let them eat cake!
