Awful leadership and raises

The leadership lack leader skills and people skills, are lazy and very toxic. The pay raise, if you are lucky is 1% once a year. Only leadership get bonuses and decent raises. Leadership has unrealistic demands and could not do the work themselves.

Molina is notorious for posting ghost jobs that do not exist. Companies do this to mine data and pretend to be growing.

I worked at corporate a long time ago. I miss my “Brothers”. Remember back in the day before they were fired how good we had it? I talk to people still there and it’s bad…they wish our brothers were back. They took their fathers approach and took care of us. I want to salute my brothers for the time I spent there. Good luck to all and hope you can get more that 1% increase this year

Worked for Molina many years. They dump work on employees and don’t explain how to do. Have training sessions and say we will email out the answers to your questions after and never send it. A 2% raise is the standard in Ohio after 10+ years I have been told that it is the highest they will let give. This is just like everywhere else. Leaders don’t listen to employees because they don’t want push back on what they want to accomplish regardless of how it impacts their employees.

Look….you obviously have a grievance here with the leaders. No one is pointing at anyone. You only need to work here a few weeks to see that the leaders are not the problem. Like I said earlier- we are watching you. You were hired to do a job-now do it.

Ki-ls me how everyone here wants to avoid this actual topic which is the leaders are incompetent and lazy but go right to insulting coworkers. If the leaders are incompetent and lazy why should staff do their job for them and be motivated? Leaders are supposed to lead and the ones here don’t.

I have been working for Molina for a couple years now and have been receiving at least 5% raise with exceeding expectations. Mind you, I work very hard and do a little more than I should. That’s just the way it is. You have to work your a-s off to get that raise.

Totally agree! I personally have not been motivated to look elsewhere. Been here 20+Yrs. I won’t lie, I’m definitely drinking the KoolMedicaid, I mean kool-aid. I’m just not motivated to get out and I love my leader here. I know that’s subjective but saying all leaders are incompetent here seems unfair. And while not all, I do have a lot of lazy co-workers so I get it.

I'm in the call center and got a 5% raise this year for exceeding. I've seen good people vanish but at the end of the day it's a business decision. I agree leadership sets unrealistic goals that will ultimately burn us out but... But if you drink the koolaid you're good. Don't think too much about how sh---y life is and just accept that you're basically a drone in the hive and are easily replaced.

The leaders are incompetent and they hire their friends so no one finds out how incompetent they are. This isn’t a great company and you aren’t watching anybody. Your fear tactics on an anonymous board just prove how toxic the company and the leaders are.

Please don’t come down on our leadership. I’m part of leadership here at this great company. Seems like the folks that complain about leadership are the lazy incompetent workers. I’ll be watching you….if you don’t produce we will have you on our exit strategy soon. Jobs are a place to work- they are not designed to be fun. We need folks to produce to keep this great company prospering

Hi Team- this is one of you corporate VPs. Let’s stop the complaining and get back to work. We hired you for a reason. We don’t need to hear about raises or lack of and what your VP may be entitled to. We gave YOU a job- now let’s do it!
