@a4 I assume this is parody, but then again maybe not? classy, well spoken and personable! These are basic qualities for an entry level retail job for sure. For TIAA? not sure there are any measurable successes since she’s been brought on. Andrew Carnegie loved the Fugees i guess!

I love T’s style! So classy. And she is so well-spoken and personable. Love her. And it’s true, TIAA does right by us. So glad to have her at the helm and Jim is so awesome too. Love our leadership and board members! Love this company
