A lot of us in the property claims side are fed up with the current management and processes Allstate is implementing. Their wanting more work out of us instead of hiring new adjusters for the role and want us to do it all. I heard CAT pay is also coming to its end here soon as higher ups want to look really good and make an impact. A lot of us are finding other companies paying ALOT higher, and offering less workload. There is a rude awakening coming, I promise you that, when half a certain department is out the door to greener fields due to new d-mba$$ procedures and requirements without the appropriate pay review or raise to go with it

@fh+1jrbat9s7 You watch your mouth junior
More crying claim reps- imagine that. Keep moving, nothing to see here.
This company is a lost cause in all aspects. A sinking ship with morale in the gutter. Almost everyone I know has started quiet quitting and checking out and praying for a severance package. No one wants to work here anymore. Even leaders are laughing at the mess things have become. A captain-less ship with no one at the controls. A runaway train. A dumpster fire. Pick your best analogy. They all fit.
Wilson and his pathetic clapping seals and clueless goons are unable to fix this broken mess. A shell of the company it was. Will be irrelevant if still a even a company in its current form in 2-3 years.
I applied for another company and a lot I know did to it’s a shame what Allstates become
A lot of adjusters are being told that we will need to handle not only wind and hail that we were hired for, but also water losses? Make it make sense. The writing is on the wall.
That's the same thing driving sales folks out the door. And as a retired 40 year agent and present customer - that's what concerns me greatly should something big like a cat hit my area and the adjustors are spread so thin - they're no where to be found. This current management bunch will be the end of Allstate - all for the sake of saving a few dollars and improving the bottom line and the stock price!
