@2vj+1jm01dwbj what has she achieved in 5 years = 0 zero she came on the odd town hall laughing at employees.
She was just Sallys friend brought in for extortionate pay. Who pays a HR pay $5 million a year, so obvious.
She's taken alot of money, which could have been given to to employee raises.
No one should be sad to see her go.
so what Finchy is out she has been instructed in the past to do exactly what she was doing. It’s not her fault you’re not receiving paying increases. Talk to the board and the CEO. Everyone under them just follows orders but again you gotta find a scapegoat instead of doing what you should be doing and that’s finding a new employer and getting out of DXc stop being a little baby and find another job like I did
Grinnel and finchye two useless b-ms
@fh+1jm01dwbj 5 years on Yacht holidays and 5 million pay when others couldn't even get a pay rise, it's a scandal.
She's thoroughly enjoyed her time at DXC and delivered absolutely nothing. How they get away with it at the top is unbelievable.
I havent seen any AI at DXC, all I have seen is simple if this condition do this action. Just like digital transformation all buzz words with nothing backing them up
Well it took around 14 months after Sally went. Salvino reckoned she would be difficult to get rid of even though she was useless, (i mean who would pay $5million a year for a HR Admin that couldn't even deliver a pay rise on time year after year), but she survived because of her extra activities. She fully enjoyed her times with Salvino and others, all them yacht trips and foreign holidays.
A younger fitter model has taken over her Marketing role, again no brains but delivers on extra activities at that position. From a execs position she can reach places where Finchy couldn't. This is where DXC money is going on entertainment of the Execs, hoping they are declaring it as a tax benefit.
Dam another week, and they didn't just close the company down because we lost pretty much every client going. Maybe next week!!!?
well, the president of United States is laying 50,000 why not DXC and tbe rest of the companies follow suit
I assume that Jennifer didn't get a grade promotion for stepping up to lead HR.
You know, there are no USA or UK promotions...
@bn+1jm01dwbj not 100% true. There are some notable exceptions. For example the new EMEA lead Juan Parra started with HP in 1999 and is actually competent. Heck Marys replacement started at dxc back in 1993. There's a few other leaders that have been promoted by Raul but those are the ones that stick out.
He maybe clearing the ex-Accenture gang but look at what he has brought in. Results aren't really looking much better with the new lot so far. Maybe they need to change the feed in the trough. For the new cpo, more responsiblilty so I guess she will be on even more overpaid than mf was!
Being good at kneeling, taking large fleshy masses into one's mouth and su-kling for long periods can only get you so far... as this leg spreading sla.g learned

This means “drive profitable, sustainable revenue growth through innovative talent solutions, fueled by AI insights and data-driven strategies” more layoffs !
An HR manager shouldn’t be tasked with revenue grouwth, but with keeping and hiring the
best person for each opening
Good to see Rual cleaning house of the ex-Accenture gang.
AI could do a better job of running the company. I asked AI what it thought about DXC and the gist was - you should quit. Maybe Mary did the same thing!?
The job spec is below, which basically means here to do more cuts!
They always do this, it’s a business strategy, now that Mary’s hands and clothes are drenched in blood, they’re bringing a bigger AI axe and a new dress for the new replacement.
In addition to assuming CPO responsibilities, Jennifer’s immediate focus areas will be to help drive profitable, sustainable revenue growth through innovative talent solutions, fueled by AI insights and data-driven strategies
Devastating news, hard to see how DXC will survive such a talent departing.
They have talked a lot lately about the first ai things for corporate being something that can do data analysis of labour for "optimisation"... I don't mean using ai instead of people I mean identifying under used resources or skill sets they have too much of.
Nobody can explain how that can work of course.... Its ai, it's magic right?
Don't celebrate too much the replacement is going to be using the "more AI" tactic.
